Last month we celebrated the London Design Festival with a striking installation at our showroom in Clerkenwell. Entitled 'Process' the exhibition laid bare our furniture making story, from the drawing board to the finished display models.

Pechakucha at designjunction

The PechaKucha night phenomenon began in Tokyo in 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network and share their ideas. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", this simple and effective format requires the speaker to show 20 images, each for 20 seconds.

Nobis Hotel

Claesson Koivisto Rune has recently designed the interior of the Nobis Hotel located in two historic late 19th-century buildings on Norrmalmstorg square in the heart of downtown Stockholm, Sweden.

StickingSticks by Kawamura Ganjavian

Stickingsticks is a modular partition system, currently being developed by Modus in collaboration with Kawamura Ganjavian, consisting of a kit of different length tubes wrapped in strips of Velcro. The products flexibility allows the tubes to connect through the use of VELCRO making it quick and easy to create room divisions.

Noughts and Crosses by Michael Sodeau

The Noughts and Crosses stools are available in two different heights for either bar or dining table use. The three or four legged oak stools have a steel powder coat O or X serving as a foot rest and can be made in a variety of colours.
