As a very busy year comes to an end we would like to thank everyone who has supported us.  We have had an exciting year with 12 new product launches and many interesting projects. 2013 looks to be another exciting year with new products launches in Milan in April and London in September.

RED exhibition at the Conran Shop

To mark 25 years at the iconic Michelin building, the Conran Shop held its RED exhibition bringing together work by the world's finest contemporary designs during London Design Festival including the Orbital chair by Modus. This Christophe Pillet-designed piece was presented in a spectacular red colourway exclusively for the event, which was held in the Conran Shop's Blue Room.

Modus played an important role in furnishing the entire pop-up restaurant at designjunction - a collaboration between Transport for London (TfL) and Canteen which was one of the great attractions at the show. PLC chair makes £1000 for Maggie's in charity auction

The Joy of Living (Part 2) project to raise funds for the Maggie's cancer charity attracted a huge amount of interest during designjunction. Designers submitted customised products, which were exhibited then sold in a charity auction. Modus' donated the PLC lounge chair customised by PearsonLloyd, who originally designed this classic design piece.

Select pieces of furniture, including the Part sofa and armchair by PearsonLloyd and the Fold Table by Patrick Norguet, recently featured in the Bigger Picture exhibition.

PLC collection extended

Due to the overwhelming success of the PLC collection by British design duo PearsonLloyd, Modus has extended the range to include a brand new stacking version of the timber chair. Combining traditional joinery, CNC machining and ply pressing, the chair is available in solid oak or painted beech; with optional upholstery and an ABS stacking pan on the upholstered version.
