What we offer

We work on projects of any size from small-scale schemes that require bespoke upholstery pieces to complex projects with ambitious goals that call for industrialised production and a multi-disciplined, integrated delivery.

We have our own, UK based, production facility employing a team of highly skilled craftspeople producing all our upholstery and joinery in-house. We are partnered with a network of manufacturers throughout the UK and Europe from specialist joiners and metalworkers to one of the world’s largest producers of case goods, enabling us to select the right partners for each project. 

We work with clients from many disciplines and across multiple sectors, creating schemes for luxury student accommodation and furnished apartments for the multi residential sector, producing tailored FF&E packages and bespoke kitchen and wardrobe packages for property developers throughout Europe and developing project-specific products and furniture blueprints for interior fit-outs for everything from boutique hotels to multi-national hospitality roll-outs.

Our Services

Consultation

Consultation

The initial consultation will define the scope of the project, set out your vision and aspirations and highlight the idiosyncracies and known challenges that the project will face. We take an attentive and very client focused approach, asking the right questions, identifying the key criteria of your project and listening closely to your concept, bringing our knowledge and industry experience to each unique collaboration. Because we manufacture our own brand of internationally designed furniture, we have an intrinsic understanding of design and utility and this insight forms an integral aspect of our part in the process. Throughout the project you will have a single point of contact to ensure simplicity and continuity.

Design & Specification

The specification phase involves the drawing up of detailed tenders, the sampling of materials, finishes and preliminary concept drawings. This is where we begin to translate your concept into reality.

We have a highly knowledgeable and experienced design department dedicated to each project. During the design phase we produce technical drawings and floor plans, working in CAD and Revit to create detailed and technical visuals. We craft sample rooms and develop prototypes. We formulate the bill of quantities to give a precise, room by room inventory. We are proudly responsive to feedback, making adjustments, fine tuning and perfecting the design to your requirements with a team approach to value engineering that ensures you achieve the optimum design.

Engineering

We work with your contractor to produce M&E guidance and drawings that calibrate space planning and ensure accuracy. In developing custom fit products for any project, we apply our extensive manufacturing expertise, our creative approach to problem solving and our meticulous attention to detail. We have the experience and flexibility to tailor our engineering to the specific needs of your project. It is the combination of our design and engineering excellence and our manufacturing expertise that brings such value to every scheme we realise.

Planning

The planning phase involves a detailed breakdown of schedules, the production of a bill of materials, including very detailed assembly instructions and item specifics on a room by room basis, giving absolute clarity and precision to the project and helping your future operations and maintenance. We have robust project management practices that enable us to accurately measure progress, keeping us on schedule throughout. A meticulously planned system helps you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Production

All production is carried out to our exacting standards by highly skilled craftspeople. We have many years of experience in developing specialized pieces and manufacturing in large volumes with a very flexible methodology which means that we can dove-tail the production to your requirements.

Quality Control

We manufacture all upholstery in-house, this means that we can keep a very close eye on quality, continually and rigorously monitoring all aspects of production, from the sourcing of materials to the packaging of the finished product. In the manufacture of all external production we have a robust QC process and rigorous quality management of all aspects of delivery and installation ensures a smooth handover and a finished scheme that meets the highest standards.

Installation

We have our own highly experienced, CSCS certified installation team with a dedicated foreman and installation manager assigned to each project to ensure that installation runs like clockwork and, with regard to in-use sites, with minimal disruption. We use an installation management system that is programmed with a carefully designed, room by room installation sequence that is continually monitored and reported on throughout the installation process. Our committed team will respond promptly to any issues that arise during installation with a can-do, customer focused attitude to deliver exemplary handover.

Sustainability

We have detailed sustainability objectives that will help ensure your project has the most positive impact on people and planet.

All our UK production is powered by renewable energy, we are a carbon neutral company meaning that at each step of every project we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, recording our annual emissions each year and analysing our activities so that we uphold our commitments.

We are pledged to protect resources, habitat and biodiversity, which means that we seek to use materials with the highest recycled content wherever possible. We have FSC Chain of Custody which enables us to offer you FSC certified products, helping to protect our precious forests.

We are committed to closely monitoring and reducing our waste, diverting everything we possibly can from landfill and selecting renewable, recyclable and compostable materials wherever we can. We have a clear policy to reduce the use of plastics throughout every phase of our operations and we are able to offer take back packaging or plastic free packaging on many projects, helping to reduce your construction waste.

We are members of the FISP, the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme and we are experienced in working alongside environmental assessment methods such as BREEAM, LEED, SKA Rating and WELL.

Aftercare

Issue management is a vital part of the service we offer and we have a dedicated day 2 department to iron out any problems that may arise following installation. Integrity, customer fulfillment and peace of mind are the keystones of our client relationships. When it comes to durability, we have high expectations, we want your project to look good for years to come and for every scheme to minimise future load on operations and facilities teams throughout the life of the design, this means that, wherever we can, we will offer replacement parts. If something gets broken we can send out a spare and if in need of a refresh we are on hand to suggest simple solutions to obtain the greatest longevity and value from your scheme.
